PAR is a measurement of the intensity of light shining on a plant. It ranges from 400-700 nm which is the visible spectrum of light. If a grow light has higher and more complete PAR the plants will get better growing results.
(photosynthetic photon flux) is the total amount of PAR that is produced by a grow light each second. On grow light listings, you’ll see it as µmol/s.
(photosynthetic photon flux density) is the amount of PAR that falls on a given surface each second. PPFD is a spot measurement of a specific location on your plant canopy and it’s measured in micromoles per square meter per second (µmol/m2/s).

What I like, I like that it is truly full spectrum, dimmable and has and on and off switch. I just recently got it up and going and have some babies getting ready to under her. So I cannot really give an in depth review till I harvest. But I will absolutely be able to compare after I see the yields because I do have some experience with many finished grows with many different led grow lights. But from my first impressions on how tbe spectrum is , I actually believe this light will do a great job . I'm very excited to get these girls going under this light. I purchased the ESM7600 to replace some of my 1000w lights and i must say my plants are loving it. From packaging to performance this light checks all the boxes. If your just starting out or a seasoned grower i highly recommend trying one of these beautiful lights.
Wow, I have used previous Eagle Star LED lights with great success but needed something larger. Decided to try this 760w light and glad I did. My plants seem extremely happy and are growing as well or better than under a different brand I had. Excited to flip them to flower and really see what it can do. I use an app on my iPhone called Korona as a par meter. The numbers are impressive for the price of this light. At 18” I’m getting about 1900ppfd at full power. The nice thing is I measure that ppfd for the whole of my tent not just the center. The dimmer, construction, weight are all good. I wish that there was an ability to dim the RGB and UV independent of each other to modify the color of the light as the plants progress. All in all this is a great light for the money. I would definitely buy again and not hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking to try this style light.
