RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@eaglestarled.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges 

ESL will send free parts replacement once customers offer defective fixture pictures, video and file which explains the issue; If customers can't the found reason that caused the issue or have difficulty to replace the fixture parts, ESL will send free whole fixture replacement; ESL will not reimburse or pay labor costs associated with replacement or repair of defective LED components and light fixtures.

WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

*any product not manufactured by or distributed by ESL;

*damage caused during shipping;

*Damage due to improper use;

*Damage due to improper use in violation of the instruction manuals.

*damage caused by the unauthorized attachment or modification to the Product;

*damage of parts due to  high temperature or high/low voltage beyond

 the working limit of the performance of the products

*Damage caused by natural disasters such as fire, flood, wind or lighting;

LIMITATION OF REMEDIES:

In no event, ESL is not liable for

*any special, incidental, or consequential damages based on breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, strict tort or any other legal theories. 

*Damages that for any indirect loss, like profit loss,

expenditure loss or other special incidental loss due to the quality or other reasons; downtime; the claims of third parties, including customers; or the injury to property.

*The limit of compensation shall not exceed the product's marketing price when there's a loss claim caused by ESL product quality during the warranty period.

ESL reserves the right of final explanation for this warranty.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
